Republic Records Official Store wants you to be satisfied with your purchase; however, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened condition. Please note that digital downloads and personalized merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all vinyl, CDs, or apparel are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
